so, this poem is called "Inner Demon"...i was listening to Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance, and one of the lines was like "will you still fight them, your inner demons" and from that i got the title for this poem....its one of my more depressing ones, but i hope you like it....ill post more later

Attacking and eating,

From the inside out.

Destroying everything

It can get a hold on,

Life,

And soul.

A hole that's growing,

Known only to one person...

you.

Groping its way,

Through your every vein

Until it controls you,

And your every word.

Slowly killing you,

Tormenting and taunting

Its spiteful sweetness

Lives to destroy.

You want to know what it is, don't you?

Everyone does, and everyone has their own

Inner Demon.
